After we complete our unit on homicide, we will turn to three classes on rape and sexual assault. Please review the FAQs for context on these classes.

The second class of this unit will be a statutory drafting exercise that you will complete in groups of 13-14 students. Each group will meet for 90 minutes, and the discussion will be facilitated by two of your classmates. I will also attend each of these groups and help guide the discussion when necessary.

In order to make this work, we will need to meet at various times throughout the day on Tuesday, March 5 and Wednesday, March 6. I have reserved seven different time slots over the course of those two days, and I have tried not to schedule them at times conflicting with your other classes. This was not always possible, but I believe that at least some of you are available for each of these sessions. I have also had to schedule a few evening sessions.

Please complete the form below to let me know your availability. Please be as flexible as possible. I would especially ask that those of you with evening flexibility would make yourselves available for the evening sessions, since some of your classmates have childcare or other obligations that will make evening slots more difficult.

Please check all times you are available for both Tuesday and Wednesday. You will only be scheduled for one time slot.
